Madan is a property investor and developer with 20+ years of business experience spanning technology, mobile phone startups, and consumer brands. Prior to focusing on property, he was involved in scaling ventures including the Golden Harvest Organic brand, gaining extensive experience in business growth, operations, and strategic partnerships.

Granya Homes identified an existing bungalow and first utilised an 8-metre rear extension approval under Permitted Development (PD) rights. Following this, planning was submitted for two new 5-bedroom houses — transforming a single low-yield property into a high-value development delivering strong GDV uplift for our client.
Granya Homes helped our client transform a standard 2-bedroom house into a fully licensed 6-bedroom HMO by overcoming complex planning and structural challenges. The property now generates strong rental income with an 8% net yield — a transformation from a low-yield investment into a high-performing income asset.
Granya Homes acquired a 3-bedroom property on behalf of the client and identified the opportunity to maximise yield through a side extension and full HMO conversion. Planning was obtained for a two-storey side extension, adding three further bedrooms. The property was then fully converted into a licensed 6-bedroom HMO, delivering exceptional rental income and strong investment returns for the client.
